I'm one of the people helping to plan our LVTI high school reunion. Aside from reminding me of how old I am, it has also reminded me of a couple of other things:

People think I know what I'm doing. I don't know why people think that, but they do. So, if you have any ideas or suggestions, send them our way cause I can use the help!

Small stuff is not the same as details. The difference most times between a masterpiece and just a "piece" is usually in the details. Taking the time to use a toothbrush and q-tip when detailing your car, taking the time to follow up on every lead, no matter how small when tracking down classmates, taking the care to pick out wrapping paper that goes specifically with a gift. Those kind of details make all the difference in the world.

Too many people did not say or do what they wanted to. So if you're still around, get to it, the fact that you have a pulse indicates that it is not yet too late. Maybe you can include something fun that you always wanted to do in your 2010 resolution.

There's no time for grudges. How much older are now? Face it we are a bunch of old farts we're half senile and can't possibly remember that we may have hurt each other and in many cases, weren't even aware when we did it. So let it go!  Please note that we don't have any class superlatives to vote on this year, no "best looking," "best dressed," "Most likely to succeed." They wouldn't be appropriate anymore. Maybe we could do a "most orginal teeth" contest. I could enter and I'd probably lose!

Most of us are human.  That means most of us really do care about how are classmates are doing and that they are ok. Even if we haven't seen each other for 25 years or won't see each other for another 25, generally speaking, we all hope for the best.

So, if this is you're first time here and you haven't updated your profile, please do. We'd love to hear from you!

Lisa

The big news: We are trying to put together our 25 year reunion!!! You're not too late. We just started this site on 1/18/2009. We are looking for the Lynn Tech people listed under "Missing Classmates" on the left. This list is from the 1985 LVTI Class Yearbook.

Please look through the list and contact us if you can help with any of the following: Typos, Name changes, where they are now, contact info. We want to get everyone possible invited to our reunion. Its going to be the best!

Also, please help us with the "In Memory" page and we hope to see you online!

We need your help! Help us find out the whereabouts of everyone on this list. To contact me, Lisa Tkachuk (Webster), send an email to info@lvti1985.com or do so through this website.
